I don’t think that age determines when you can wear makeup. I think that maturity does. A lot of times we see younger kids trying to be “grown” while wearing makeup. In my opinion, it’s to cover their problems. Before you start to begin to wear makeup, I think you should discuss it with your parents and then ask yourself, “How will makeup better define me?”
